Ingredients

1 - 8oz	Can of Almond Paste
2 - Cubes Soft Butter
3 - Eggs
1 - Egg white (reserve yolk for glaze)
2 - Cups Sugar
 - Teaspoon Mace
1 - Teaspoon Vanilla
2 - Cups Flour
 - Cup	Sliced almonds (or chopped finely)




Directions

	Cream almond paste
	Add butter, cream well
	Add eggs, one at a time
	Add sugar, cream well
	Add vanilla and mace
	Stir in flour (batter will be thick)
	Grease and flour (2) 9 spring form pans
	Smooth batter into pans
	Brush top of batter with leftover egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water
	Sprinkle with sliced almonds

Bake 40  45 minutes @ 350
