Ingredients

1 - 8oz	Can of Almond Paste
2 - Cubes Soft Butter
3 - Eggs
1 - Egg white (reserve yolk for glaze)
2 - Cups Sugar
� - Teaspoon Mace
1 - Teaspoon Vanilla
2 - Cups Flour
� - Cup	Sliced almonds (or chopped finely)





Directions

�	Cream almond paste
�	Add butter, cream well
�	Add eggs, one at a time
�	Add sugar, cream well
�	Add vanilla and mace
�	Stir in flour (batter will be thick)
�	Grease and flour (2) 9� spring form pans
�	Smooth batter into pans
�	Brush top of batter with leftover egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water
�	Sprinkle with sliced almonds

Bake 40 � 45 minutes @ 350�
For mini muffin tin 20-25 minutes
