Ingredients

1 head cauliflower cut in peices
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1-2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut up cauliflower into small bite sized florettes

Mix olive oil, curry and lemon juice.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Pour curry sauce over cauliflower and mix well until all peices are coated. Then salt and bake 20-30 minutes checking every 5 minutes after 15 minutes. Enjoy.
