Ingredients2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs well beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t salt
2 t baking soda
Directions Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mashed
bananas and dry ingredients. Blend but do not overmix.
Bake in 2-3 8X5 greased loaf pans at 350 for 45-50
minutes. Test with toothpick. Can be frozen.
