Ingredients1 cup coconut milk or cream
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Shredded coconut
Cocoa nibs
Skinless sliced almonds
Directions This is a good basic recipe.
I use 4 x 8 oz ball jars.
Mix the chia seeds and almond milk to get them started.
Melt the coconut cream so it is smooth liquid, but don't let it gets too hot.
Mix coconut milk into almond chia.
Let us gel for 5 minutes.
Use Ice cream scoop for base layer
Add extras
Add second set of scoops
Add top extras.
Chill 6 hours min.
