Ingredients2 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
4 oz unsweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
powdered sugar to coat
Directions Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend together melted chocolate, oil, and sugar. Add eggs
one at a time mixing well. Stir in vanilla, add flour
mixture. Cover bowl tightly and refridgerate 2 hrs or
overnight. Preheat oven to 350.
Roll teaspoons of dough into balls. Roll to coat in
powdered sugar. Bake on cookie sheets 10 minutes (do not
overbake). Cookies will firm as they cool.
