Ingredients1 (15 oz can) pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 c vegtable oil
2/3 c water
3 c white sugar
3 1/2 c ap flour
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 t cloves ans 1/4 t ginger
Directions Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 3 7x3 pans.
In a large bowl mix wet ingrediants and sugar. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and spices. Stir dry into wet ingredians until just blended. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 50 minutesuntil toothpick comes out clean.
