Ingredients1.5 lbs Almonds Pecans and Walnuts
2 Tblsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 sprigs each: Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix olive oil and maple syrup together.
Chop herbs well and mix into oil, then add cayenne.
Mix nuts and stir in oil herb mix.
Stir to coat well. Put on aluminum foil covered rimmed sheet pan and roast in oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Nuts will be hot and sticky ut of the oven.
Stir on pan and add salt and pepper.
Let cool and store in a sealed air tight container.
They will keep for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 1 month. Refresh in oven after thawing.
