Ingredients1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold water
Directions Preheat oven to 400.
Blend first four ingredients til crumbly. Add liquid and mix
until dough come clean from bowl. Roll out into a 12 inch
circle. Press into pie pan and trim. Prick with a fork.
To pre-bake, line crust dough with wax paper and fill with beans.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove beans and cook for 5 more
minutes more until lightly brown.
Double recipe for two pie crusts.
