Ingredients 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (42g) Dutch process cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions Mix
Split in half
Roll into 2 to 2.5 inch diameter cylinders
Chill at least 1.5 hours
Slice into 1/8 Inch cookies
Bake at 350
12-15 minutes but don't let them burn.
Let cool on sheet for a couple minutes
They will become crisp as they cool.
Mait a day before turning into caterpillar
If using GF flour get them iced the next day or the air will make them mushy.
