Ingredients 3 c. flour (wheat or spelt)
2 c. Rapidura (I suppose you *could* use regular sugar but I
wouldn't)
6 TBL cocoa
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. olive oil
2 TBL vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
and LAST 2 c. COLD water.
Directions Combine dry, set aside, combine wet. Add dry to wet mix well. Pour
into a
greased 9X13 pan.
Really it needs no icing, but if you must, some raspberry syrup or
chocolate
syrup is MORE than enough for this rich cake. Bake 350 for 30-40 min.
