Bottom
1 c flour
1/8 t salt
3/4 t sugar
1/2 c butter
Filling
1/2 c coconut
3 T flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1 c walnuts
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
Icing
1 1/4 c powder sugar sifted
1/4 c butter
2 T cream
1/2 t almond extract
Directions Preheat oven to 375.
Butter 8" springform pan. Cut bottom ingredient and
press into pan. Mix all filling ingredients together and
pour on top of crust.
Bake 35 minutes. Cool and make icing by mixing all
ingredients together. Spread and enjoy!
